I accidentally put the wrong shipping address in. I emailed them and within about an hour and a half the lovely person I was talking to had managed to sort the whole situation out for me! The team seem like such lovely people and the products are out of this world. I’m a forever customer????

I have been ordering from Tatti Lashes for years, the quality and look of their lashes is amazing. I had an incident where DPD didn’t deliver my lashes. I contacted Tatti customer services team and they replied within one hour and got it sorted for me with no fuss! An investigation was promptly set up with DPD and my order was sent back out to me. Very good customer service.

I always order from here as a lash artist and the Lashes are of great quality and the delivery is always so fast. Recently I had issues with my postal address and I emailed the customer service team and they were so helpful and amended my order quickly with no fuss. Very pleased. Great customer service. I’ve also ordered other products from here such as strip lashes and again they are so good quality and worth the money

I had an issue with some lashes I purchased and unfortunately could not return due to hygiene reasons and missing the return deadline however, I was offered a replacement pair which was very generous of them. I also emailed recently for some eyelash recommendations to which the Tatti Team helped me with. Staff are very friendly and their responses are super fast and accommodating. Lovely company x

Excellent on time delivery and Lashes are amazing. I did not recieve the eyelash adhesive in one pack of my lashes I ordered. I contacted the team and they were quick to send me replacement adhesive in the post. Very pleased with their service highly recommend ???? ????

So I am a huge fan of tatti lashes. Hands down my favorite ever. When I order I always order at least 20 pairs and the value for how long they last is amazing. Specially with the MUA deal they have! This last time I ordered, I was missing a pair and I contacted them through email. Their customer service is spot on! The fact that they’re based in the U.K. does not stop them from being amazing. They responded very quickly and told me they’d send me what I was missing right away. It is very appreciated and they are incredibly kind. Thankyou again to the team at Tatti Lashes!

Customer Service is okay. Ordered some lashes and opened them only once my old lashes ripped. I realised they looked completely different to my previous lashes and opened up a complaint. I knew I couldn't return them as I had opened them and for hygiene reasons etc but I emailed explaining how I wasn't too happy with the way they looked. They told me they couldn't help as I exceeded the 7-day deadline (I only opened them once my old lashes needed binning which was about 3 weeks later) and they were open. I was not happy with their response and so, I emailed again. However, they emailed back offering me a free pair if I ordered from their website which was really nice and pleasant. The eyelashes still look different unfortunately so I' guessing they've changed the design but nonetheless, I appreciate the goodwill. Thank you.

I have been using Tatti lashes for a while now as a lash tech and absolutely love the quality of the lashes and the quick delivery!
I made an order on Black Friday with the 40% off code but somehow the order went through without the code applied. I contacted Tatti lashes and someone got back to me within 30 mins (baring in mind this was a Friday evening) and canceled my order in order for me to put it through again with the discount code. The service was excellent and so quick!! The team are always so quick to reply to queries and help where they can.

Iv never tried there lashes but I have to say I’m extremely impressed with there customer service! I accidentally put a 10% discount code instead of the 40% and paid so much more than I needed. As soon as I emailed them within 2 minutes I had a response saying they will refund me and I can reorder when the 40 % code. Super helpful super quick, can’t wait to try out there lashes I’ve been wanting to for a while now! Definitely recommend!!!
